Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time

Location: Toms River, NJ (Alberta Group Home)

Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Base Rate: $17.90/hour
• Weekend Rate: $18.90/hour

• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, housekeeping, hygiene)
• Support health and wellness, including personal medical care

• Foster independence, dignity, and autonomy for residents

No prior experience required – paid training provided!

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete:
  • State and Federal criminal background checks
  • Drug screening
  • Pre‑employment physical and PPD
• Willingness to complete all required orientation and pre‑service training
