Intensive In-Community Service (IIC) is an analytical, focused, goal-oriented, and needs-based clinical intervention that addresses the emotional and behavioral challenges of youth with moderate to high needs. It may be provided in a youth’s home or in an appropriate community location by a licensed behavioral health clinician. The goal is to stabilize and support the youth and family, aiming to prevent escalation to more intensive interventions, in collaboration with the Child Family Team (CFT) or other support systems.

Responsibilities- Provide supportive psycho-educational services and behavioral skills training.
- Create behavioral modification plans in collaboration with children and families.
- Deliver goal-focused, needs-based clinical interventions for children and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Field.
- Master's Degree and LAC/LSW or LPC/LCSW preferred.
- One year of experience in the mental health field.
- Valid driver's license with less than six points.
