Group Home Assistant Managers — Residential Program

It serves infants, children, and adults with developmental and related disabilities and offers specialized facilities, programs, and support throughout New Jersey. We are recruiting group home assistant managers in Aberdeen, Barnegat, Edison, Manalapan, Manahawkin & Toms River, NJ. The Assistant Manager trains and supervises staff, assists with assessments, and attends medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to help with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager s absence.

• An Associate s degree is preferred
• A valid driver s license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID s automobile insurance.
• Experience working as a supervisor is preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities

• Aberdeen (GH 14):
  Sun 8am-4pm, Mon 3pm-11pm, Tue 2pm-10pm, Wed 3pm-11pm, Thurs 2pm-10pm
• Barnegat (GH 13):
  Sun - Thurs 2pm-10pm
• Edison (GH 12):
  Sun 9am-5pm, Mon-Thu 2pm-10pm
• Manalapan (GH
  4):
  Sun 9am-5pm, Mon-Wed 2pm-10pm, Thurs 1pm-9pm
• Manahawkin (GH 17):
  Tue-Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 9am-5pm
• Toms River (GH 19):
  Tue & Thurs 2:30pm-11:30pm, Wed 2:30pm-10:30pm, Fri 1pm-9pm, Sat 8:30am-2:30pm
• Other shifts are available at these locations.
