We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site position located in Toms River, NJ. The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care by assessing patients  physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to help improve mobility and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate patient records, monitoring progress, and educating patients and their families on post-rehabilitation strategies.

The ideal candidate will uphold professional standards and contribute to quality assurance within the rehabilitation operations.

• Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation methodologies
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and delivery of effective patient care
• Experience or training in home care practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Prior experience in nursing homes or similar settings is advantageous
