APPLY NOW TO BECOME A ROCKETEER! We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual to work as a Baking Teacher for our day camps to run basic cooking activities for kids. Summer seasonal position (4-5 weeks). Curriculum and materials are provided. Teach the basics of baking sweet and savory treats using kid-safe kitchen tools. Employee discounts available for select camps run by Black Rocket.

• Teach the basics of baking with kid-safe kitchen tools.
• Lead a group of up to 15 students through hands-on baking activities.
• Travel to multiple Central NJ locations, Monday–Friday (one week at each site).
• Prepare and manage equipment and materials, including paid prep time before and after classes.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities as part of a structured summer program.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.

• Teaching or student teaching experience in K-12 schools strongly preferred.
• Experience with children in a camp or educational setting.
• Experience with children ages 7–14.
• Ability to travel to multiple Central NJ locations, Monday–Friday (one week at each site).
• Ability to manage and organize equipment and materials, including paid prep time before and after classes.
• Rate: $20/hr–$25/hr.
