What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day coordination of SCC5 grant activities, ensuring alignment with established timelines and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, organize supporting documentation, and assist with grant reporting preparation.
- Coordinate communications and logistics among internal departments, consortium partners, and external stakeholders as directed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage follow-up action items.
- Maintain organized records for participant tracking, compliance documentation and internal reporting in AGS Prime software.
- Assist in identifying potential implementation issues and elevate concerns to the Project Manager.
- Support outreach and recruitment activities by coordinating events, materials, and communications in collaboration with College Relations.
- Draft, edit and format grant-related updates, internal memos, and website content as requested.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the development and monitoring of project plans.
- Assist with updates to the SCC5 Grant Policy & Procedures Manual.
- Coordinate with IT and other relevant departments on technological needs for the project.
- Assist the Project Manager with budget tracking support, procurement documentation, and financial record organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the SCC5 grant objectives.
- Associate's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration and data management tools.
- Experience managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a team-based and/or independent environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting federal or state grant-funded initiatives.
- Familiarity with higher education or workforce development systems.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills a plus.
- Personal Time Off:
Generous time off each fiscal year, prorated share of allotted time off for mid-year appointments. - Vacation:
