We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented in-house Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate books, staying organized, and supporting leadership with reliable financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with management and external accountants when needed.

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  , including invoice tracking and payment processing
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies promptly
• Organize and maintain financial documentation
• Collaborate with management and outside accountants to support reporting and compliance needs

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books or similar platforms)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
