Casino Tech is a 20+ year old casino parts & supplies distribution company. We are seeking a Senior Account
Executive to take ownership of a high-potential territory in the casino gaming industry. This is a mid-to-senior
level B2B sales role, focused on customer planning and growth, forecasting, and consultative selling. You'll
manage key accounts, develop and support account and territory sales plans, build relationships, drive
revenue, and be measured on performance-not just busyness in your in box. This isn't just transactional selling.
You'll be expected to analyze customer buying behavior, construct sales strategies, understand margin and
inventory impact, build and propose account-level strategies, submit and track forecasts, and grow high-value,
technical accounts. If you're an experienced B2B planner and closer with technical/electronic sales experience,
this is your opportunity.
What You'll Own:- Manage and grow an existing territory currently producing $2M-$4M+ in revenue but with potential exceeding $6M-$8M+
- Work a multi-state territory consisting of 150-250 existing customers and over 100 qualified prospects- working both within niche verticals and horizontal growth groups
- Build direct customer relationships with buyers, specifiers, and procurement professionals
- Define account segmentation and build specific strategies per tier
- Forecast revenue by customer, outcome segments, and territory against a specified territory target
- Cross- functional collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Tech Services, Marketing, and Accounting)
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM (Net Suite, Salesforce, or similar)
- Track margin, volume, and account profitability to align with company targets
- Occasionally attend trade shows, strategic customer meetings, and site visits
- 10+ years B2B inside sales experience, selling electronic or technical products and services (retail or consumer sales will not be considered)
- 10+ years using CRM and order management systems in an active sales environment
- Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing a defined book of business
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer lifecycle management
- Familiar with customer segmentation, territory planning, and forecasting
- Comfortable working with or presenting value clearly to C
• suite stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM tools
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- This is an on-site, full- time role - remote work is not available
