• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and assemble pizzas
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Work with customers to resolve questions or complaints promptly and professionally

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use calculator
• Make correct monetary change

• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements with speed
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Must be 16 years of age or older for in‑store work
• Must be 18 years of age or older for delivery work

• Adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Standing and walking on tiled surfaces; working height between 36"–48"
• Lifting items up to 50 lbs, including bulk deliveries and case handling
• Carrying large cans (≈3 lbs) and pizza sauce (≈30 lbs) from storage to front
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies; requirement up to 7.5 lbs force
• Stairs or ladders for occasional maintenance tasks
• Reaching above 72" occasionally for oven controls or shelving
• Continuous eye‑hand coordination for pizza preparation and order processing
