As a Customer Service Specialist, you will maintain a well‑stocked and well‑maintained department while providing superior customer service.

• Stock and rotate items as needed.
• Assist with inventory control; load, unload, and move product.
• Organize, clean, and prepare back area for the night crew and incoming trucks.
• Organize merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public.
• Ensure integrity of shelf tags and signage; may create/prep signage as needed.
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality.
• Build, stock, maintain, and take down store displays.
• Perform Customer Service Assistant duties as needed.

Provide superior customer service by answering customer questions regarding products and assisting them with selections; help customers locate store merchandise.

Merchandise product effectively and use suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales.

Clean and sanitize sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment; properly handle and maintain operation of all equipment; comply with departmental SOPs and store operating procedures.
