Lawn Care Technician

Overview

Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians
. In this role, you’re more than a technician—you’re a brand ambassador
, helping customers create healthier, greener lawns using top-quality products and professional treatments.

Important: We do not mow lawns. Our focus is on lawn and landscape health through expert treatments, aeration, and preventative care.

• Apply professional lawn and landscape treatments
• Perform lawn aeration and related services
• Provide outstanding customer service in the field
• Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Perform basic shop and equipment work
• Work independently while meeting daily production goals

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Lawn care or related outdoor work experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
