• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products safely and effectively
• Diagnose common lawn issues like pests or soil conditions
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
• Communicate treatment plans and recommendations to customers
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Document services accurately for clients and state reporting

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, handle outdoor work, and climb ladders (up to second-story rooftops)
• Industry experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training and development
