Lawrence Street Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team! As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in providing hands‑on care, emotional support, and comfort to our residents in a skilled nursing environment.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and safety.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and coworkers.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Uphold resident dignity, confidentiality, and individualized care plans.
• Perform duties in accordance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Current Texas CNA certification (required).
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered.
• Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed throughout the shift.
• Must be available for 12‑hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM or 7 AM-7 PM).
