Cotter Custom Homes and Number One Enterprises Group LLC are rapidly growing home service brands, and we’re seeking an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team in-house
. This role will lead all digital marketing efforts and play a major part in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and overall company success.

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will own our marketing strategy and execution across all digital channels, from content creation to paid advertising and performance analytics. This position works closely with ownership and leadership to build strong, recognizable brands in the Houston market.

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google, etc.)
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content: videos, reels, posts, graphics, ads, and project features
• Capture and produce on-site photo and video content
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google)
• Track analytics, generate reports, and optimize performance
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
• Support business growth initiatives and promotional launches

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong content creation and brand storytelling abilities
• Proficiency with content and design tools (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, etc.)
• Comfortable being on camera and directing content production
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Houston-based and available for on-site work
