• 2+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Effective time management, organization, and multitasking
• Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making
• Ability to build trust, teamwork, and accountability

• Goal Setting & Execution: Establish team goals, develop action plans, and set measurable deadlines to ensure consistent achievement of performance targets.
• Task & Workflow Management: Delegate assignments, track progress, balance workloads, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Communication & Reporting: Communicate expectations clearly, gather and relay feedback, and prepare performance and status reports for leadership.

• Conflict Resolution: Proactively address issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
