Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Tomball, TX, is for a Lead Stylist at The Color Bar. The Lead Stylist will oversee daily salon operations, provide high-quality hair styling and color services, and ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, maintaining a positive work environment, and staying updated on industry trends to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hair Styling, Coloring, and Cutting techniques
• Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and Mentorship
• Strong focus on Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Aveda product lines and commitment to sustainable practices
• Proven ability to stay updated on trends and prioritize client satisfaction
• Relevant cosmetology license required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous leadership experience in a salon setting is a plus
