Sunflower Bank invites applications for the Universal Banker position in Tomball, TX.

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience during branch visits and on the phone.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and achieve individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work-related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
