Job Title: Research and Development Engineer
Reports To: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions, focusing on HMI software, PLC systems, and electromechanical/hydraulic applications including robotics. Report project progress and risks to management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects from concept to prototype, including testing and technical documentation.
- Collaborate on project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Robotics, or related).
- 4–6 years in R&D or related engineering field.
- Proficient in HMI software, PLC programming, and control systems.
