Base Pay: $18.00
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Quarterly Bonus Program
Duties and Responsibilities- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with safety protocols
- Verify and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare outbound shipments by properly packaging, labeling, and documenting materials
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized tracking systems
- Organize storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization
- High School Diploma or GED certification is mandatory
- Demonstrated warehouse operations experience is strongly preferred
- Verified proficiency and certification in forklift operation and material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Proven competency in computer operations and warehouse management systems
- Advanced mathematical aptitude and precise counting capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated organizational proficiency
- Superior interpersonal communication abilities and proven team collaboration experience
- Valid state-issued driver's license is mandatory
- Documented adherence to safety protocols with verifiable safety record
- Demonstrated mastery of time management in high-pressure warehouse environments
- Must maintain strict compliance with all company safety standards
- Required to pass pre-employment screening
- Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality in attendance
