• Opening shift, starting at 4am
• Starting Pay: $18 per hr. Guaranteed increases within the first 3 years with our step increase program, ask about it in your interview!

As a Reach Truck Stocker, you will work in an environment where you'll feel and create a culture of safety and family. You will support the Warehouse team in setting up the selection team for success. This includes stocking product into the pick location to ensure there is enough product to cover orders allocating that day. The Reach Truck Stocker is also responsible for product transfers using and RF gun, product rotation, housekeeping, and putting away product that is received in.

• Complete inspection Pre/Post trip of MHE prior to using
• Restocks order locations and pick slots to prepare warehouse for order selection.
• Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to fulfill orders allocating for the day
• Transfers all product that is physically moved to a corresponding location and transfers the product using the RF gun
• Consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
• Removes shrink wrap from pallet and box tops as needed to facilitate the selection process.
• Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of products within the warehouse.
• Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
• Performs end of shift tasks such as charging power equipment, housekeeping, verifying completed work, return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.

• 1+ yrs of warehouse and/or distribution work
• 1+ yrs of Standup reach truck/forklift experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a Standing Reach Truck
