• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters; adapt to various temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (e.g., lifting 75+ pounds) and work in varying temperatures.
