Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Assurance
  • Conduct routine inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and address deviations or non‑conformities.
  • Perform and analyze quality testing, including EL, IV, and appearance tests for photovoltaic modules.
Customer Complaint Resolution
  • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
Audits and Certifications
  • Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO
    9001 and customer‑specific certifications.
  • Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections.
Process Improvement
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
  • Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes.
Training and Development
  • Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing or related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
  • Familiarity with ISO
    9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English required;
    Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

The range for this position is $48,530.00 – $66,729.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
