Pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Understand and enforce all established safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Communicate quality status with supervisors, managers, and other departments.
• Maintain quality reports, startup and qualification documents, and forms.
• Setup and maintain product files in the Infinity QS data collection system.
• Develop and analyze statistical data, control charts, and product specifications.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Formulate and maintain quality action plans to achieve objectives.
• Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage inventory and rework processes.
• Maintain quality inspection procedures.
• Complete required written documentation.
• Coordinate quality activities with other departments.
• Order, maintain, and repair quality testing equipment and gauges.
• Conduct scheduled calibrations of quality test equipment and gauges.
• Coordinate quality training for inspection and testing employees.
• Perform tasks and responsibilities of QA Technician and Lab Technicians as needed.
• Play an active role on organizational teams.
• In absence of the Quality Manager, work with Production Manager to set priorities.
• Assist in customer complaint investigation and corrective action processes.
• Ensure operators and PMT Leads follow procedures for tests and inspections.
• Change-over challenge test samples during product changeovers.
• Assist plant personnel with IT support of Infinity and quality reporting systems.
• Maintain and conduct gauge R&R system.
• Limited travel may be required.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years in manufacturing; 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Independent work and completion of assignments within instructions.
• Effective communication of facts and information.
• Collaborative teamwork and proactive contribution.
