Pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities- Understand and enforce all established safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
- Communicate quality status with supervisors, managers, and other departments.
- Maintain quality reports, startup and qualification documents, and forms.
- Setup and maintain product files in the Infinity QS data collection system.
- Develop and analyze statistical data, control charts, and product specifications.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
- Formulate and maintain quality action plans to achieve objectives.
- Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage inventory and rework processes.
- Maintain quality inspection procedures.
- Complete required written documentation.
- Coordinate quality activities with other departments.
- Order, maintain, and repair quality testing equipment and gauges.
- Conduct scheduled calibrations of quality test equipment and gauges.
- Coordinate quality training for inspection and testing employees.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities of QA Technician and Lab Technicians as needed.
- Play an active role on organizational teams.
- In absence of the Quality Manager, work with Production Manager to set priorities.
- Assist in customer complaint investigation and corrective action processes.
- Ensure operators and PMT Leads follow procedures for tests and inspections.
- Change-over challenge test samples during product changeovers.
- Assist plant personnel with IT support of Infinity and quality reporting systems.
- Maintain and conduct gauge R&R system.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years in manufacturing; 6 months quality experience preferred.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Regular, punctual attendance.
- Computer usage and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Independent work and completion of assignments within instructions.
- Effective communication of facts and information.
- Collaborative teamwork and proactive contribution.
