* Monday–Friday schedule (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with occasional call-outs for special projects.
* Install, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, and packaging systems.
* Perform electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
* Handle plumbing, fabrication, and preventative maintenance tasks.
* Support equipment upgrades and new installations.
* Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met throughout the plant.

* Experience:

** 2–10+ years in maintenance within food, beverage, bakery, or similar manufacturing environments.
* *
* Skills:

** Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, fabrication, and general repair.
* ** Dependability:
** Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to respond to occasional after-hours calls.
* High school diploma or GED required.
** Skills test will be administered.
*** Hourly position with paid overtime.
* Background check and drug screen required (safety-sensitive role).
