We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast‑paced distribution center, prioritizing safety, maximizing performance, and excelling in electrical and mechanical tasks.
Pay and BenefitsPay ranges between $28 and $32 per hour. WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts and performance‑based bonus opportunities.

- Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance.
- Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
- Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
- Aid in installation or refurbishment of system components.
- Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site‑specific enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in industrial technology or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant electrical and/or mechanical experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Strong skills in electrical (3‑Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with electromechanical drive technologies (motors, gears).
- Knowledge of control technology (PLC, inverters).
- Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary monitoring programs.
- Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light‑industry or distribution center preferred.
- Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
- Working at heights of up to 80–100 feet while wearing fall‑arrest gear and PPE.
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
