As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face to our customers, efficiently gathering vehicle details, managing paperwork, and providing constant updates throughout the repair process. Your proactive support ensures customers receive comprehensive solutions to their queries, while your meticulous record‑keeping and adherence to safety protocols uphold our standards.
