This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers average $72,000 a year.

• Live load/unload per stop: $51
• Refrigerated per load: $30
• Crosstown per load: $20
• Empty search per hour: $15
• Equipment cleaning per hour: $20
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Truck order not used: $20
• Waiting on truck per hour: $20
• Spotting per hour: $15
• Yard checks per hour: $15
• Safety training pay per hour: $15
• New hire training pay per hour: $20
• Mandatory meeting per hour: $20
• Layover: $200 flat rate
