Vodika Roofing is growing — and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Service Technician who takes pride in doing things the right way. We specialize in commercial & industrial roofing service — leak response, preventative maintenance, and long-term roof asset management. We are not a high-pressure production company. We value quality, integrity, and doing right by the customer.

• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial roof leaks
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections
• Seam repairs, flashing repairs, drain work, pitch pockets, and metal roof repairs
• Photo documentation and clear communication
• Working safely and professionally as part of a team

• Experience in commercial roofing (service experience preferred)
• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, BUR, and mod bit systems
• Ability to work as a team with other service technicians
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Someone who takes ownership and stands behind their work

• $20 – $32+ per hour (based on experience)
