Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range
:
Starting pay between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, hourly position. $3,000 Sign On Bonus!

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, Centac and ECC units, and other compressed air system components.
  • Use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting and consult operations and parts manuals as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and interact with customers to address equipment concerns. Assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, verbally and in writing.
  • Promote OR awareness of Ingersoll Rand products, services, and solutions (e.g., Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Audits, Leak Detection).
Requirements
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, license suspension, etc.).
  • On-call requirement for service technicians; first 90 days not on call to adjust to schedule. Afterward on-call weeks may occur every 4 weeks or longer, as determined by the hiring manager.
  • Physical requirements:

    regular use of hands, walking, stooping, kneeling; ability to lift or move weight as per safety policy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Core Competencies
  • Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of network systems installations (IMMC/ASC, X Series Automation).
  • Basic vibration troubleshooting and air quality understanding (system compressors/dryers – air treatment).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, handheld devices, and networked systems.
  • Ability to manage business travel cost-effectively.
Preferences
  • Industrial air compressor maintenance knowledge.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Veterans/Active-Duty Military are encouraged to apply.
Travel & Work Arrangements
  • Travel daily within a 3-hour radius of service area.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
