Sales Account Coordinator

Battery Wholesale is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Account Coordinator to support our Outside Sales Manager and help maintain and grow our commercial customer base.

This role focuses primarily on servicing and maintaining existing accounts while assisting with new business development. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable with phone communication, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

• Assist the Outside Sales Manager with servicing existing commercial accounts
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries regarding batteries and related products
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Coordinate and organize deliveries for customer orders
• Maintain customer records and follow up on open quotes
• Conduct light cold calling and assist with new account development
• Support sales growth through account follow-up and relationship management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness

• Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or account coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning technical product information
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• General knowledge of basic mechanics, batteries and vehicle electrical systems

• $40,000 base salary
• Quarterly performance bonuses based on sales volume, account growth, and overall performance
