The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for bringing on new clients to the company while maintaining great service for current clients. The Sales and Marketing Representative position requires diligent communication, self-direction, and a growth mindset to ensure clients are always receiving the highest quality of service. We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making meaningful connections that push our company forward.

We're excited to enter the Toledo market with our soon-to-be new location in Maumee.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in the title industry or related industries
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Notary commission

• Assess clients’ specific needs and expectations
• Conduct sales presentations at real estate offices and real estate associations, as needed
• Recommend and sell additional company products and services to clients
• Develop relationships with clients through participation in various real estate association events and activities
• Create and address new business opportunities
• Engage in other activities and special projects as may be assigned
