Territory Manager – Critical Care (Toledo/South Detroit)

• Business Management: Strategically manage the territory to promote the Glide Scope® product line, execute sales strategies, and capture opportunities identified in the Total Available Market segmentation.
• Be a Trusted Partner: Generate new business and maintain existing relationships by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and influencing key stakeholders across clinical nursing, administration and other departments.
• Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: Drive a high volume of sales activity through prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, presentations, and negotiations. Forecast pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Understand Your Market: Continuously learn industry and market information to adapt to demand shifts, engage in strategic planning, and provide thorough sales reporting to leadership.

• Passion for improving patient lives: Combines medical technology enthusiasm with clinical acumen to influence decision‑making.

• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.
• Meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID‑19 vaccination).
• Insurable with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 100 lb and carry up to 25 lb.
• Reside within territory (southeast Michigan or Toledo, OH) preferred.
• No required overnight travel (0 nights per month on average). Travel outside territory for annual meetings, regional meetings and training as needed.

• Additional Commission Potential: $90k‑$120k (actual commissions vary with quota attainment).
