• W2 – Employee Sales Representative (Company-supported, structured development)
• 1099 – Independent Sales Contractor (Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

• Fast Start Bonus: up to $5,000 ($200 per claim filed)
• Commission: 14–15% (1099) ;
  Tiered 11–13% (W2) based on revenue (see list below)
• O&E Fee: 10% (1099) ; 20% (W2)
• No schedule requirements – full autonomy (1099)
• Full support/training, structured career path, assigned Sales Supervisor (W2)
• Access to optional company marketing/equipment package
• Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses

• $250,000 = 11%
• $500,000 = 12%
• $750,000 = 13%

• Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue (proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs)
• Must provide at least one verification: CRM screenshots, pay stubs, or commission statements

• Under $1,000,000 prior revenue
• Performance-based draw programs available

• Have previous outside sales, roofing, solar, alarms, or home services experience
• Hungry for six-figure income potential
