About the Opportunity

  • W2 – Employee Sales Representative (Company-supported, structured development)
  • 1099 – Independent Sales Contractor (Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

  • Fast Start Bonus
  • Earn $200 per claim filed, up to $5,000 in your first 30–60 days
  • Compensation Structure 1099 Veteran Contractors (With Proof of Performance)
Requirements

Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue (Proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs)

  • Commission: 14–15%
  • O&E Fee: 10%
  • Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)
  • No schedule requirements – full autonomy
  • Access to optional company marketing/equipment package
  • Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses
W2 Sales Representatives (Under $1,000,000 Prior Revenue)
  • Commission Tiers:
    • $250,000 = 11%
    • $500,000 = 12%
    • $750,000 = 13%
  • O&E Fee: 20%
  • Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)
  • Performance-based draw programs available
  • Full support/training, structured career path, assigned Sales Supervisor
