What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Aftersales, working directly with cross‑functional teams
  • Act as a liaison between end users, dealers, and various internal departments
  • Create and promote sales programs for parts, accessories, and service solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Track business trends and communicate updates to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in sales or service management
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a hard goods service industry
  • Strong analytical skills for managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team‑oriented skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry
