Sales Representative Entry Level

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and working one on one with customers.

Retail Sales Associates use in-person platforms to engage with customers, answer product questions, and guide them through the sales process to convert inquiries into sales. Their duties include maintaining high customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, managing multiple chats simultaneously, documenting interactions in a CRM, and providing feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
