Job Description

The Stock Associate maintains the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock. Stock Associates typically work three to four shifts per week on average, each shift lasting about four to five hours, but may work more or less depending on seasonal business needs. Stock Associates may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

  • Customer Experience – Ensure a welcoming environment and product availability for shoppers.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor – Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with product placement.
  • Stockroom Management – Receive, organize, and restock merchandise efficiently.
  • Communication – Coordinate with team members and report inventory issues.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink – Monitor shop floor for loss prevention and report suspicious activity.
  • Policies and Procedures – Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Training and Development – Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and performance.
