Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour

The Market Route Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle over an established route to merchandise store products and maintaining 24/7 market stores.

• Merchandising: Merchandise products according to store layouts and POGs, roll‑out promotions, gather and report customer feedback, maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, coolers, and coffee, follow inventory tracking and product rotation protocols, collect out‑of‑date or unsold merchandise, monitor shelf life to minimize spoilage.
• Product Delivery: Review inventory requirements to determine needed products, work with the warehouse to prepare deliveries, load and unload safely, drive to deliver, maintain communication with management about product or scheduling changes.
• Cash Handling: Collect money from kiosks, follow cash handling and loss‑prevention protocols, record transactions, report suspicious activity.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Properly handle and refrigerate perishable items, keep coolers at correct temperatures, perform routine cleaning of coffee machines, microwaves, coolers, racks, shelves, tables, counters, floors, windows at each point of sale.

  Greet clients and customers, address questions, provide product suggestions, offer feedback to improve route efficiency.
• Inventory & Audit: Complete full inventory counts as required, inspect food quality, review pick sheets, conduct final walk‑throughs.
• Additional: Perform projects and assignments as needed.

• High‑School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements
• Clean driving record
• Prior experience driving a 16‑ft box truck or similar
• Retail experience and familiarity with basic merchandising concepts preferred
• Basic computer skills (iPad, scanner, smartphone, other technology)

• Climbing in‑and‑out of a vehicle
• Loading/unloading products from the vehicle
• Bending, stooping, pulling/pushing, twisting
• Walking and standing for long periods
• Regular lifting 25‑50 pounds

Due to the nature of this role, the candidate must be able to work all shifts and have weekend availability, and be willing to work in varying conditions.
