Compensation range is $84,000-$100,000/year plus a 15% bonus potential. The final salary will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
As an Executive Kitchen Manager, you will oversee a high-volume scratch kitchen, ensuring culinary excellence and operational efficiency. You will lead and develop the team, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house operations.

- 2-3 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in scratch kitchens
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certifications like Serv Safe preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours
- Availability for 50-60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
