The successful Customer Service Crew Member is able to:

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member is able to:

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen tools.
• Keep the work environment clean by completing tasks like wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old. No previous experience required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to get along well with coworkers and guests.
