The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:
- Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant
- Accurately take guest orders and process payments
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members
- Work effectively with delivery partners
- Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions
- Prepare ingredients and menu items
- Restock products and workstations
- Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness by completing general cleaning tasks
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old. No experience required
- Reliable transportation necessary
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
