• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and staff
• Work effectively with delivery partners
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills
• Keep work environment clean by wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors

• Must be at least 16 years old; no previous experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and training materials
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
