Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed.

You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Your friendly demeanor will help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Able to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time
