Leasing Agent - Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Sunnydale Estates in Toledo, OH. We are offering up to $16.00/hr. plus commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
• Must be available Saturdays
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Travel between properties to provide tours as needed
• Valid Driver's License

• Entry Level experience, looking for the right candidate to train.
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Valid driver's license and able to travel to two locations.
