Ayden Healthcare of Toledo is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) – Full‑Time and Part‑Time. $5,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS for full‑time STNAs.

8‑Hour Day shifts available: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.; 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.; 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens.

• Ensuring residents’ medical needs are being addressed
• Providing physical support to assist patients with daily living activities
• Ensuring patients receive appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
• Recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate)
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
