Job Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-Day Operations
  :
  Assist in the management of nursing services to ensure seamless care delivery and compliance with all Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
• Enhance Resident Care
  :
  Collaborate to create care plans, monitor nursing practices, and address areas of improvement for optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise Staff
  :
  Mentor, evaluate, and support nursing staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to clinical standards.
• Promote Excellence
  :
  Drive quality initiatives, participate in performance improvement programs, and represent nursing leadership in committee meetings.
• Foster Family and Resident Relationships
  :
  Welcome new residents, communicate with families, and build strong, trust-filled connections.
• Lead by Example
  :
  Provide direct nursing care when needed, ensuring a hands-on approach to leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.
• Certified as a Gerontology Nurse preferred.
• Experience as a floor nurse with least one year clinical experience related to geriatric nursing.
