Overview
Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program. PTO.
We are looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Long Term Care ( LTC ) Facility in Toledo, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Qualifications- Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in Ohio
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( NP )
- Experience in Wound Care Management
- Collaborate with facility staff to further develop and implement wound care programs
- Provide training and education to facility staff regarding wound care best practices and emerging treatments
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with complex wounds
- Monitor wound healing progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Travel between facilities
