What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult male population
• Manage acute and chronic conditions through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure quality, evidence-based care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Active Ohio NP license (Family NP or Adult-Gerontology NP)
• At least 1 year of NP experience in a primary care setting
• Board certification (ANCC or equivalent)
• BLS/CPR & DEA certification
• A strong sense of adaptability and sound clinical judgment in a secure environment
• Location:
  
  Marysville OH and Toledo, OH
• Security clearance required
• Credentialing documents (licenses, certifications, education, etc.) must be provided prior to hire
