Account Executive/Business DevelopmentIf you’re a goal-driven, professional salesperson who loves identifying and solving client problems, this may be the career for you. The focus of a Mad Ave Group Account Executive is new key and major account sales. You’ll be responsible for finding potential clients, identifying their problems, creating solutions, and then designing and selling long-term agreements for our agencies’ marketing services. Your unerring drive is what will help lead you to success.
You should be extremely goal-oriented, curious, and hardworking; a strategic thinker who exhibits great communication skills and intelligence. And we’ll expect you to come with a proven record of consultative selling success. The total compensation range is $75,000 – $200,000 and consists of base and performance pay, commission, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards. Your success is dependent upon building relationships with C-level contacts and helping them grow their companies with the comprehensive and robust marketing tools, services and programs provided by the agencies of Mad Ave Group .

As a Mad Ave Group Account Manager, you’ll help your clients build their businesses by solving their marketing problems. The focus of this role is account penetration and retention. You’ll be responsible for managing and continually improving your client relationships. Your goal is to be perceived by your clients as a trusted marketing advisor and not just a marketing vendor.
You should be a curious, intelligent, goal-oriented, strategic thinker who exhibits great communication skills. And we’ll expect you to come with proven account management and selling skills. The compensation range is $60,000 – $80,000 and consists of base and performance pay, commission, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards. Your success is dependent upon building relationships with existing clients and growing your accounts with the comprehensive and robust marketing tools, services and programs provided by the agencies of Mad Ave Group .
While limited travel is required, a good portion of your time will be spent communicating with clients over the telephone.
