, in violations partner with a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer
. This role is responsible for performing work measurement and time studies, supporting line balancing, cycle time optimization, and driving lean manufacturing initiatives on the assembly floor.

• Perform time studies, elemental breakdowns, and work content analyses
• Conduct 3M (Muri, Mura, Muda) seal analysis and maintain related documentation
• Rebalance jobs to improve cycle times and workload distribution
• Create and maintain VA/SVA/NVA analyses for assembly stations
• Optimize part presentation, tool placement, and validate ergonomic standards
• Track tool change durations, quality checks, and non‑repetitive work samples
• Update standard work documents including VSOPs, SWIs, and QC plans
• Analyze manufacturing systems, troubleshoot processes, and track machine cycle times
• Collaborate with IT and Controls Engineers to validate and correct FIS/ANDON data
• Support capacity planning and Microstop projects as needed

• Experience with time studies, MODAPTS, ergonomic assessments, and MTM‑UAS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with line balancing, cycle time optimization, and lean methodologies
• Ability to work across shifts, including overtime and occasional travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Hands‑on experience in manufacturing assembly environments
• Prior involvement in launch projects
• Applied knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
